These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AliasFleet's email alias management platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
AliasFleet provides a privacy-first email alias management SaaS. Our confirmed shipped features include:
- Email Aliases: Create email aliases on shared domains or your custom domains.
- Email Forwarding: Forward incoming emails from aliases to verified destinations.
- Quick Send: Send and reply as your alias directly from the dashboard without exposing your real address (available on Pro+ plans).
- PGP Encryption: Optional PGP encryption for forwarded emails (available on Pro+ plans).
- Browser Extensions: Extensions for Chrome (live) and Firefox (live) to create aliases on the fly. The Edge extension is currently under review and coming soon (not currently available).
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Secure your account using TOTP (authenticator apps) and email OTP.
- Organization & Analytics: Organize your fleet with categories, view analytics, and track activity logs.
- Alias Kill Switch: Instantly disable any alias to stop receiving emails.
- Custom Domain Support: Add your own domains with full DNS verification (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Catch-all Routing: Route any emails sent to unconfigured aliases on your custom domain directly to your inbox (available on Pro+ plans).
- Log Anonymization Schedule: Schedule automatic anonymization of email logs (available on Pro+ plans).
- Sanitized Forwarding: Remove trackers and clean up incoming emails before forwarding (available on Pro+ plans).
- Sender Controls: Configure sender whitelists and blacklists to control who can reach you (available on Pro+ plans).
- Custom Rules: Apply custom filtering and routing rules (up to 10 for Pro, unlimited for Business).
- Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS): SRS is used for reliable reply routing.
- Webhook Notifications: Receive real-time webhooks for alias events (Business plan only).
- Developer API: Build custom integrations with our developer API (Business plan only).
- Custom Spam Filtering: Access advanced custom spam filtering modes (Business plan only).
- Advanced Deliverability: Dedicated deliverability controls (Business plan only).
Please note that self-hosted or open-source versions of AliasFleet do not exist.
Service Plans and Pricing
We offer the following subscription tiers:
- Free: $0/mo forever. Includes email alias creation on shared domains, basic email forwarding, 2FA, and up to 7 days of email forwarding logs.
- Pro: $12/mo (regular price) or $7/mo (Founder's Club, limited to the first 100 users, price locked forever). Includes custom domain support, Quick Send, PGP encryption, catch-all routing, sanitized forwarding, log anonymization, sender controls, and up to 10 custom rules.
- Business: $29/mo (regular price) or $17/mo (Founder's Club, limited to the first 100 users, price locked forever). Includes all Pro features, unlimited custom rules, webhook notifications, developer API, custom spam filtering modes, advanced deliverability controls, and priority support.

Account Registration
To use AliasFleet, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Provide a valid email address for account verification
- Create a secure password
- Verify ownership of any custom domains you add
- Maintain accurate account information
During our initial launch phase, to ensure system integrity and maintain optimal deliverability for all our members, new accounts are subject to a brief manual review and approval process before any email forwarding services are rendered. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we verify each registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use AliasFleet to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or email bombing
- Engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other deceptive practices
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Violate intellectual property rights or export control laws
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise our systems or other users' accounts
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage our services without authorization
- Use excessive resources that impact service performance for others
- Conduct any illegal activities
Quick Send (Outgoing Email)
Quick Send (available on Pro+ plans) allows you to send and reply through your aliases from our web interface:
- Daily sending limits and quotas are dynamic and subject to automated domain reputation scoring, sending behavior, and system volume parameters.
- You may only send from verified aliases and domains you control
- All sent emails must comply with these Terms and our Anti-Spam Policy
- We monitor for abuse and may dynamically adjust or suspend sending privileges immediately for violations or low domain reputation scores
- Quick Send is a web-based feature, not an SMTP service for email clients
Custom Domains
When using custom domains:
- You must own or have authorization to use the domain
- You are responsible for configuring and maintaining DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- We provide DKIM keys for domain authentication
- DNS verification must be completed before the domain can be used
- We may suspend domains that fail verification or are used for abuse
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or our other policies
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Fail to pay for services when due
- Create legal liability for us or others
IP Reputation & System Integrity: You agree not to use the Service in a manner that damages, degrades, or risks the delivery reputation of AliasFleet. If your outbound email activity causes, or is reasonably determined by us to be likely to cause, our outbound IP addresses or domains to be listed on any global spam database, DNS-based Blackhole List (DNSBL), or ISP blocklist, it will be considered a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice, and no refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, at our sole discretion, for any violation of these Terms or our policies. While we may choose to provide notice or an opportunity to resolve minor issues in certain circumstances, we are under no obligation to do so and may terminate accounts immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Security → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Payments, Billing, and Refunds
- Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by our authorized payment processing and billing partners. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This includes the processing and management of all recurring monthly subscriptions.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation is immediate, and no prorated refunds are provided after the first 7 days.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, which applies only to the first payment made on any account. Founder's Club pricing is non-refundable after the 7-day window. Refund requests must be sent to legal@aliasfleet.com.
- Payment Failures: Failed payments may result in service downgrade after multiple attempts.
Infrastructure and Security
We are committed to securing your data:
- Server Location: All our services run on dedicated servers leased from a third-party infrastructure provider located in France and Germany (European Union). Data is stored physically in the EU, separate from our legal governing jurisdiction.
- Data Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
- DNS & DDoS Protection: We utilize Cloudflare for DNS resolution and DDoS mitigation.
- Error Monitoring: We use Sentry to log software errors. Sentry captures error information only, does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), and does not use session replays.
- Product Analytics: We use PostHog to analyze application usage. PostHog captures only pageview URLs, browser/device information, and identified user details (email and full name). It never tracks email content, passwords, or sensitive message payloads.
Data Retention Schedule
To respect your privacy, we adhere to the following data retention schedule (detailed in our Data Retention & Deletion Policy):
- Active Account Data: Retained until account deletion.
- Email Forwarding Logs: Retained according to your plan tier (Free: 7 days, Pro: 30 days, Business: 90 days) and automatically deleted thereafter.
- Failed Login Attempts: Retained for 30 days to mitigate security threats.
- Support Tickets: Retained for 90 days after the ticket is marked as closed.
Privacy, GDPR, and CCPA Compliance
Ahsan Luqman, operating as AliasFleet, is a GDPR-compliant data controller.
- Data Controller: Ahsan Luqman, operating as AliasFleet, is the data controller for the personal data of our users. For inquiries, contact legal@aliasfleet.com.
- Data Subject Rights: Users under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are entitled to key rights. You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data by emailing legal@aliasfleet.com. We respond to all valid requests within the statutory timeframe.
Intellectual Property
AliasFleet retains all rights to our platform, branding, and code. You retain ownership of your custom domain names. You grant us a limited license to use your domain information solely to provide the service.
Service Level and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
- Delivery of every email (email delivery depends on third-party systems)
- Compatibility with all email providers or clients
We strive to maintain high availability and will communicate known issues via our status page and support channels.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for lost emails, data loss, or business interruption
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ahsan Luqman (operating as AliasFleet), its administrators, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
- Your custom domain content, DNS configuration, or email traffic
- Any delivery failures, delayed transmissions, or third-party blocklists/rejection filters resulting from your usage of our services
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Pakistan.
