Our Anti-Spam Measures
Automated Detection
We employ multiple layers of automated protection:
- Rate Limiting: API and Quick Send rate limits prevent high-volume abuse
- DNS Authentication: Enforcement of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for custom domains
- Volume Monitoring: Detection of unusual alias creation or sending patterns
Manual Review
- Investigation of delivery failures and complaints
Technical Protections
For custom domains, we require:
- Valid MX records pointing to our infrastructure
- SPF records authorizing our servers
- DKIM signing with keys we provide
- DMARC policy configuration
Domains failing authentication may be suspended.
Quick Send (Business Plans)
Users with Quick Send privileges have additional responsibilities:
- Maintain complaint rates below 0.1%
- Honor unsubscribe requests within 48 hours
- Use only confirmed opt-in lists
- Include valid physical address in all marketing emails
