Analytics and Performance Cookies
We use PostHog for minimal product analytics to help us understand feature usage, monitor application performance, and identify areas for improvement. We also use Sentry for error tracking.

What we track via PostHog:
- Pageview URLs and navigation flows

What we do NOT track:
- Individual email content or message bodies passing through your aliases
- Passwords or other authentication credentials
- Session replay or video recordings of your browsing sessions (disabled entirely)
- Browsing activity outside of AliasFleet
Sentry (Error Monitoring): We use Sentry to capture software errors, bugs, and API performance issues. Sentry does not use persistent tracking cookies, does not perform session replays, and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) from your browsing session.

Only our authorized payment processing and billing partners set third-party cookies:

Local Storage and Session Storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser storage for:

- Cache: Recently viewed alias data (for faster loading)
This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly save.

Hosting and Server Location
All cookie data, analytics metadata, and user information are stored physically on dedicated servers leased from a third-party infrastructure provider located in France and Germany (within the European Union). We transfer data in transit securely via TLS encryption. Physical data storage is located in the EU, separate from our legal governing jurisdiction.
