This Refund Policy applies to all AliasFleet paid subscriptions (Pro and Business plans).
Refund Eligibility
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their first purchase if:
- This is your first subscription on the account
- Your account has no Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violations
- You have not initiated a chargeback or dispute
- The refund is requested within 30 calendar days of the initial charge
This guarantee applies to your first subscription only. Subsequent subscriptions or plan changes are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
Monthly Subscriptions
All AliasFleet paid plans are billed monthly. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but are not eligible for partial month refunds. You retain access to paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:
- Terms of Service Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for spam, fraud, or abuse
- Acceptable Use Violations: Accounts that violated our anti-spam or security policies
- Usage-Based Requests: Refunds requested solely because you "didn't use the service"
- Promotional Pricing: Purchases made with coupons, discounts, or special offers
- Founder's Club or Lifetime Deals: Special promotional purchases
- Gift Subscriptions: Unless the recipient has not yet redeemed
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a payment dispute, refund eligibility is voided
- Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by your email provider, ISP, or device
How to Request a Refund
Method 1 - Account Settings:
- Log into your AliasFleet account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Request Refund"
- Complete the refund request form
Method 2 - Email: Send refund requests to billing@aliasfleet.com with:
- Your account email address
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of original purchase
- Last 4 digits of the payment method (for verification)
Processing Time
- Refund requests will be reviewed as soon as possible
- You will receive an email notification of approval or denial
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer's policies
Cancellations
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription anytime:
- Settings: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send request to support@aliasfleet.com
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time in the current period
- You can continue using Pro features until the period ends
- Your aliases remain but paid plan features (custom domains, Quick Send) may be limited
- Account data is deleted per our Data Retention Policy
- You can reactivate anytime, though original pricing may not be guaranteed
Downgrade vs. Cancellation
If you want to switch to a lower-tier plan rather than cancel:
- Contact support to change your plan
- The new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for the current period
Billing Issues
Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally charged twice:
- Contact billing@aliasfleet.com immediately
- We will investigate and issue a refund if confirmed
Unauthorized Charges
If you see charges you didn't authorize:
- Contact billing@aliasfleet.com immediately
- We will secure your account and investigate
- Work with you and your payment provider to resolve
- Issue refund if charge is confirmed unauthorized
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails:
- We attempt to charge 3 times over 7 days
- You receive email notifications of each attempt
- Account is downgraded to Free after final failed attempt
- You can update payment method anytime to prevent interruption
Plan Changes
When changing between plans (Pro to Business or vice versa):
- The change takes effect at the next billing date
- Current period continues until it ends
- New rate applies at renewal
Currency and Payment Methods
- All charges are in USD
- We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe
- PayPal may be available in select regions
- Cryptocurrency is not accepted at this time
Special Circumstances
Extended Outages
If AliasFleet experiences extended downtime:
- Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue a feature or plan you subscribed for:
- Full refund for unused time if no suitable alternative exists
- Migration assistance to alternative features
