The extension isn't logged in / keeps logging out
Extension sessions are separate from your web app login. If the extension shows you as logged out, sign in directly through the extension popup.
If sessions keep expiring, check that your browser isn't set to clear cookies or site data on close — this can log the extension out on every browser restart.
The extension session was revoked
If you revoked extension sessions from Settings → Security, those sessions are immediately invalidated. You'll need to sign into the extension again.
The extension can't create an alias
Make sure you're signed in to the extension and your account hasn't hit the alias limit for your plan. Check your usage at Billing.
The extension isn't detecting email fields
The extension relies on recognising email input fields on web pages. Some sites use custom input components that aren't detected automatically. In those cases, copy an alias manually from Aliases and paste it into the field.
The extension is asking for unusual permissions
The extension only requests permissions needed for its core function — detecting email fields and injecting aliases. If you're seeing a permissions prompt that seems unexpected, make sure you're installing from the official source and not a third-party copy.
Revoking all extension sessions
If you think your extension credentials were compromised, go to Settings → Security, find the Extension Sessions section, and revoke all sessions. Then reinstall the extension and sign in again with your current credentials.
