What we store
Account information — your email address, name (if provided), and hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Aliases — the alias addresses you create, their names, descriptions, categories, and which destination they forward to.
Destinations — the email addresses you've verified as forwarding targets.
Custom domains — domain names and their DNS verification state.
Email metadata — we store counts of emails forwarded and blocked per alias (the numbers you see on your alias cards). This is aggregated data, not message content.
Session data — active login sessions including device type, browser, and approximate location for the security sessions feature.
Billing information — subscription status and invoice records. Payment card details are stored and managed by Stripe, not by AliasFleet directly.
What we don't store
Email content — we do not store the body or attachments of forwarded emails. Emails pass through and are forwarded; we don't keep copies.
Email subject lines — not stored after forwarding.
Exporting your data
You can download a copy of your account data from Settings → Profile. The export includes your aliases, destinations, categories, and account details in a portable format.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account removes all your data from our systems. You can request account deletion from Settings → Security at the bottom of the page. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
