Changing from settings
Go to Settings → Security and click Change Password. A dialog opens where you enter your current password and then the new one twice to confirm.
Your new password takes effect immediately. Active sessions on other devices are not automatically revoked — if you're changing your password because you suspect unauthorized access, revoke other sessions manually from the Active Sessions section after changing it.
Resetting a forgotten password
If you can't log in because you've forgotten your password, go to the Forgot Password page and enter your account email. A reset link will be sent to that address.
Click the link in the email and you'll be taken to a page to set a new password. Reset links expire after a short window — if it's expired, request a new one from the forgot password page.
Password requirements
Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Beyond that, longer is better. A passphrase of several random words is both easy to remember and harder to crack than a short string of symbols.
If the reset email doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder. If it's still not there after a few minutes, make sure you used the right email address — the one you signed up with. If you're not sure which email you used, contact support.
