When you log in you land on the dashboard. Here's what you're looking at and where to go for what.
The main sections
Aliases — Your list of all email aliases. This is where you'll spend most of your time. Create new ones, toggle them on or off, copy addresses, see forwarding counts.
Destinations — The real inboxes your aliases forward to. You need at least one verified destination before an alias can forward anything.
Domains — If you're on Pro, you can add custom domains so your aliases use your own domain instead of one of the AliasFleet brand domains.
Analytics — Forwarding stats, blocked counts, top senders, activity charts. Useful once you've had aliases running for a while.
Billing — Your current plan, usage limits, and subscription settings.
Settings — Profile, notifications, security, and a few alias-specific preferences.
Support — File a ticket or browse the knowledge base (you're here).
The alias list
The aliases page shows each alias as a card or list row depending on your view preference. Each one shows:
- The alias address
- What destination it forwards to
- Whether it's active or not
- How many emails it's forwarded and blocked
The stats reset monthly. The total since creation is visible on the individual alias detail page.
Stats at the top
Above the alias list there are three counters: total forwarded, total blocked, and active alias count. These are for the current page view — if you've filtered by category or domain, the numbers reflect only what you're looking at.
Finding a specific alias
Use the search bar at the top of the aliases page. It searches by alias name, address, and description. You can also filter by category or domain using the dropdowns next to the search bar.
Quick actions
Clicking the three-dot menu on any alias card gives you edit, copy, view detail, and delete. On mobile you can also long-press a card to get the same options.
The + button (or New Alias on desktop) is in the top-right corner of the aliases page. It's always one click away.
