If you want your forwarding data outside of AliasFleet — for a spreadsheet, for archiving, or for your own analysis — you have a couple of options.
Account data export
Go to Settings → Profile and use the Download Export button. This exports your full account data including alias metadata and activity counts in a portable format.
This includes the forwarded and blocked counts per alias, which is the core of what you'd want from analytics in a portable format.
Analytics page
The analytics page itself doesn't have a dedicated export button for charts and tables. If you need specific data from a chart, the best current approach is to use the account data export above and work with the alias-level counts from there.
What the export includes
The account export covers:
- All aliases with their names, addresses, categories, and forwarding counts
- Destinations and their settings
- Categories
- Account details
It doesn't include the time-series chart data (daily counts over time) — just the totals.
