Support ticket limits depend on your plan. Free plans have a weekly limit to keep our support sustainable, while paid plans get unlimited tickets.
Ticket limits by plan
- Free: 3 tickets per 7 days
- Pro: Unlimited tickets
- Business: Unlimited tickets
How it works
Free plan: You can create up to 3 tickets in any rolling 7-day window. The count resets automatically — you don't need to wait for a specific day of the week.
Pro and Business: No limits. Create as many tickets as you need.
What happens when you hit the limit
If you try to create a 4th ticket within 7 days on a free plan, you'll see an error message explaining the limit. You have two options:
- Wait until your oldest ticket drops outside the 7-day window
- Upgrade to Pro or Business for immediate unlimited access
Get help without a ticket
Even if you've hit your ticket limit, you can still:

- Email us directly at support@aliasfleet.com for urgent issues
Upgrading for unlimited tickets
Upgrading removes the limit immediately. See Upgrading to Pro for details.
Note: Ticket limits are per user, not per account. Each team member on a Business plan has their own unlimited quota.
