Most subscription management happens through the Stripe customer portal — billing cycle changes, payment method updates, and cancellations all go through there.
Opening the customer portal
Go to Billing and click Manage Subscription (or Billing Portal). This opens Stripe's portal in a new page. You'll be able to:
- Update your payment method
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Cancel your subscription
- View upcoming invoices
Changing your billing cycle
From the Stripe portal, find your subscription and look for the option to switch between monthly and annual. The change takes effect at the next renewal date — you won't be charged twice.
Updating your payment method
In the Stripe portal, go to Payment Methods and add or replace your card. If your current card expired or was declined, updating it here will allow the next payment to go through.

If the portal won't open
The portal link requires a brief redirect through Stripe. If nothing happens after clicking it, check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for the site. If the button spins without opening, try refreshing the billing page and clicking again.
