How to cancel
Go to Billing, click Manage Subscription, and in the Stripe portal find the option to cancel. Confirm and the cancellation is scheduled.
What "cancel at period end" means
AliasFleet uses end-of-period cancellation by default. When you cancel, your subscription doesn't stop immediately — it continues until the end of your current billing period. You keep all Pro features until that date and you won't be charged again after it.
The billing page shows a yellow warning banner when cancellation is pending, along with the exact date your access ends.
Changing your mind
If you cancel and then decide to keep your subscription, go to Billing and click Keep Subscription. This reverses the cancellation and your subscription renews normally on the next billing date.
What happens when Pro access ends
When the billing period ends and you don't renew:
- Your account downgrades to Free
- Aliases, destinations, and categories are preserved — nothing is deleted
- If you have more aliases or destinations than the Free plan allows, you won't be able to create new ones until you're back within the limit (existing ones still work)
- Custom domains remain on your account but aliases on them stop forwarding until you re-upgrade
Immediate cancellation
If you need an immediate cancellation and refund rather than end-of-period, contact support with your request. These are handled case by case.
